2K has announced that NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 is coming to PC and consoles on October 16, 2018.
NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 is launching on October 16 following a delay that saw the two-on-two arcade basketball title pushed back from its initial release date of May 22. The game was first announced in April, with the delay being attributed to "exciting things brewing with the NBA Playgrounds franchise that...will take arcade basketball to new levels."
Along with a new release date, Saber Interactive's arcade title got a new name, changing from NBA Playgrounds 2 to NBA 2K Playgrounds 2, as 2K came on board as the publisher in July.
