Marvel’s Spider-Man for the PlayStation 4 is getting its own Marvel Comic, due out March 2019.
Marvel’s Spider-Man: City at War #1 looks to follow the plot of the game, taking place eight years after Spider-Man gains his powers. It centers on Peter Parker putting the crime kingpin Wilson Fisk in prison and dealing with the repercussions of this action, like Mister Negative rising to fill that vacuum of power.
City at War will also include new story moments not seen in the game, as well as bonus behind-the-scenes content. It will be the first of six issues, and the first in a series of new stories from what Marvel is calling its “Gamerverse."
