10 years after announcing the original Samsung Galaxy, the tech giant has announced the Samsung Galaxy 10 line of smartphones.
Samsung announced the S10, S10+, S10e and S10 5G. The S10 is the standard model while the S10+ increases its display, camera and performance specifications. The 10e is a more compact version with “premium essentials.” Lastly, the S10 5G includes the fastest download speeds of the bunch, and will be available later in 2019.
The Galaxy S10 includes an “Infinity-o” display with its AMOLED screen, which supports HDR 10+ and dynamic tone mapping for small details. It also has an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner under the screen. Users simply press their finger against screen where it naturally rests, which emits ultrasonic waves that analyze your fingerprint and allow you to access the phone. The back of the S10 can also act as a charging station for other Samsung devices.
