It's a good time to pick up a Nintendo Switch. There are already so many fantastic games in the Switch's library, including some recent releases like Super Mario Maker 2 and Link's Awakening. Later this month Luigi's Mansion 3 comes out, and next month the game many of us have been waiting a long time for, Pokemon Sword and Shield. Right now, Amazon has a great deal on the newest version of the Nintendo Switch with the upgraded battery.

This is the best deal we've seen for the updated model of the Nintendo Switch and very similar to the Black Friday deal we saw last year. On top of getting the gen 2 Switch, you're basically getting a game and accessory for just $29. Choose among Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario Odyssey, Super Mario Party, Breath of the Wild, or Splatoon 2. Aside from the new packaging, the main difference is that the new Switch has a much more robust battery life. Expect 4.5-9 hours of charge versus 2.5-6.5 hours for the previous model.
