Ahead of the new addition of Star Wars Land, Disneyland has started raising ticket prices.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Disneyland has raised the prices for daily tickets, annual passes and parking. The cheapest daily ticket will now cost $104, up from $97, for a low-demand day. For a regular-demand day, the price has increased from $117 to $129, and a ticket on a high-demand day has gone up from $135 to $149. Daily parking prices have also gone up from $20 to $25.
The news of the price hikes comes months before Star Wars Land, officially known as Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, is expected to open at Disneyland in summer 2019. Star Wars Land will open at Walt Disney World in Florida later in 2019.
