Arrow returned from its midseason hiatus tonight, and there was plenty of ground to cover.
Even as Oliver Queen struggled to adjust to life in the outside world, he found himself being forced to hunt down the new Green Arrow, a woman who just happens to be his sister. Meanwhile, Lyla and Diggle were forced to answer to their bosses about Ricardo Diaz.
